Personal income tax

Personal Income Tax (Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas, or commonly known as Renta) is the tax that collects the most in Spain, and almost all tax residents in Spain who earn income are obliged to file it. Whether you are self-employed, employed, have rental income or dividend income, you must declare your annual income by the end of June of the following year.

The existence of state deductions and regional deductions that vary from one region to another means that a large number of taxpayers file their tax returns without planning and optimising them fiscally, and therefore end up paying more tax than they actually have to.

By means of a short questionnaire and taking into account your tax return history, we can carry out a study to analyse and optimise your tax return and file it in due time and form in order to avoid penalties from the Tax Agency.
