Beckham Law

Popularly known as the Beckham Law, this is a special personal income tax regime that allows a non-resident in Spain who comes to Spain to carry out certain jobs to pay tax for 6 tax periods more advantageously than a Spanish resident.

The purpose of this law is to attract talent, and it only taxes what this worker generates in Spain during the period of application of this special tax regime, therefore, in Spain he/she would not be taxed on any income obtained abroad, even if he/she is formally a tax resident in Spain.

If you are planning to come and work in Spain, consult us about the requirements to qualify for this special tax regime, and take advantage of its benefits.
